Our History
Christ the Savior Academy began in 1995 with the groundbreaking of the educational wing by St. George Cathedral in Wichita, Kansas. A community of parents envisioned a school that educates the whole person—mind, body, and soul. We officially opened in 2012 with 18 students and have grown while maintaining a close-knit, familial atmosphere. Today, we continue to nurture students to fulfill their God-given potential.

The Church traces its origins back to Christ and the apostles and has maintained an unbroken tradition for two millennia. The word “Orthodox” translates to “right belief” or “right worship,” and the Church diligently safeguards the truth from all errors to protect its members and honor Christ.
